Perhaps you have heard the expression – all politics is local. Well, it’s true! The key to a successful advocacy program is a strong local grassroots network.

· Are you a locally elected official or do you know a locally elected official?

· Perhaps you helped a local township supervisor or municipal official purchase or sell their home?

· Or, maybe you want to become more involved in a network of LCAR members working together to build stronger relationships with local officials.

If you have an interest in government and know, or want to build relationships with your elected officials, you create a direct line to individuals shaping legislation, ordinance and policies impacting your profession. Building relationships and becoming more engaged with local government provides an opportunity for you, the real estate professional and expert, to educate and influence officials impacting your business.
