A Look at the Lending Environment and Process

This 3.5-hour course is designed to equip Realtors with up-to-date knowledge on mortgage lending, helping them better serve their clients and collaborate effectively with lenders. It covers the full spectrum of lending - from loan products to the pre-approval process.

This course is offered as a Hybrid session. Students may attend in-person at The Real Estate School of LCAR – 1930 Harrington Drive Lancaster, or virtually via Zoom.
