Board nominations occur annually and are voted on by the membership.
STAFF
Tracy Matroni
Director of Member Services & Professional Development

As Director of Member Services & Professional Development, Tracy is responsible for coordinating LCAR’s educational courses and the overall management of the Real Estate School of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. She also oversees the application process for all incoming LCAR members and assists the membership with SUPRA access, provides support to Bright MLS, and handles all membership-related inquiries. Tracy is the point of contact for Education, SUPRA, Bright MLS, and membership support.
Tracy staffs the following committees:

- LCAR’s Appraisers’ Council
- Member Engagement
Tracy also serves as the Executive Director of the Keystone Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Olivia Bevensee
Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant, Olivia is responsible for assisting LCAR Staff in daily operations and association events throughout the calendar year. She is the first line of contact for members when they reach the office and serves as a liaison for all members seeking association services.
In addition to office management, Olivia organizes LCAR's C&I Council as well as the association's Professional Standards department. She also oversees the mediation program that LCAR offers.
