This class will satisfy:

• PA Real Estate Commission Fair Housing Required Hours for the 2024-2026 Renewal.
• NAR’s Fair Housing requirement for the January 2025 – December 2027 cycle.

This course is offered as a Hybrid session. Students may attend in-person at The Real Estate School of LCAR – 1930 Harrington Drive Lancaster, or virtually via Zoom. All registered students will receive an email containing virtual attendance guidelines, as well as the class link at least 24 hours prior to the course start time.
